The mail server setting for incoming and outgoing mail is always, providing you are using our nameservers and haven’t changed the DNS (Domain Name Server) records for mail.

The username to use to access an email account is simply the full email address that you are trying to access.

The password will be the password you selected when you created the mail box.

To change the password, you can log into your eXtend control Panel, go to Mailboxes, select the row of the email address that needs the password reset, enter a new password in the “Change Password” column, click “Modify”, and the password will be changed.

If you have a separate mailbox, log into your control panel, and select your mailbox.
